There is no model that would allow the prediction of the risk of objects being built and linear objects damage due to surface, joining in one mathematical formula size of surface deformation and resistance of objects. Currently used methods of damage risk assessment of buildings and linear objects hazarded by continuous deformations are not very efficient and very accurate. These methods do not allow assessing of the degree of risk. Numerous inconsistencies of existing methods often lead to a lack of appropriate protection. Low efficiency of the method currently applied also stems from the high subjectivity of expert methods for risk assessment of buildings as well as uncertainty about the factors that determine the accuracy predicted surface deformation.
