The Time of the Spirit - Introducition

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN INTERNET

      If you want to use your brain and do not want to think about everyday problems I invite you to the co-operation in editing the following column.
      The column "The Time of the Spirit" has appeared every week in "Echo Krakowa", the local paper since October 2, 1995. I decided to address it to all people who are interested in changes occurring in our world at the end of t he XX century. Of course the topic is huge and there are many books in the bookshops on it but what I am interested in mostly are the changes in science and in consciousness which bring us closer to the end of sensual, empirical perception which suggest the development of other canals of perception. I would not like to make it a sensational and amusing game which would deal with frightening people with prophecies which are trusted deeply which is very characteristic for the end of centuries. Everybody w ho is interested in the beginning of life, the development of intelligence, the limits of human abilities, the universe, its inhabitants, the exsistence of the hypersensual world and so on will surely read the reflections, hypotheses and the teories conc erning these subjects.
      According to me Kraków, the former capitol of Poland, is an exotic city, more spiritual than material which has in the epoch of the Spirit the special mission to perform - I wrote about it in the article "The Magical Kraków ".
      Let me know your suggestions, ideas, experiences or hypotheses no matter what crazy on these subjects, please.
