My research interests focus on:

• real estate management, with particular emphasis on surveying and legal procedures carried out in cooperation with surveyors,
• modern technologies for obtaining and sharing real estate data,
• processes of regulating the legal status of real estate intended for investment purposes,
• determining the boundaries of real estate covered by the investment process and covered by water;
• analysing the quality and content of surveying databases in terms of their potential for various applications,
• analysing the conditions for using space, particularly in terms of green infrastructure.
