If there is a Fourier transform of the spatial function f(x, y), that is defined as a new spatial function, then its Fourier transform corresponds to the function f(-x, -y) and this function is equal  to the mirror image of the original signal in direction x and y on the axis multiplied by 4(pi)^2.
