CONFERENCE CHARGES

The registration fee is 210 euro when paid not later than 15^th April 2004 and includes the participation in the conference, luncheons (17^th, 18^th June), a social meeting (17^th June), a cultural programme and the Conference materials; when paid after 15^th April 2004 the fee amounts to 250 euro.

It is possible to come to the Conference with an accompanying person and in such cases the organisers should be informed in the registration form. The cost for an accompanying person is 90 euro and the price includes luncheons (17^th, 18^th June), a social meeting and a cultural programme. You are kindly requested to indicate if you are coming with an accompanying person by 15^th April 2004.

There is also a possibility to publish a paper without participating in the conference and the cost is 100 euro.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

You are welcome to submit your papers. The abstracts (maximum 15 verses) should be attached to the Conference Registration Form by 31^st December 2003.

The Organising Committee will have selected the papers and informed their Authors by 31^st January 2004. They will also be informed on the format of the full paper to be submitted.

The deadline for the complete papers to be sent to the organisers together with a disc is 15^th March 2004.

The papers will be published in the AGH Scientific Bulletins. Every participant will receive one copy. An extra copy may be obtained at a cost of 35 euro.

ACCOMMODATION

The Organising Committee offers their help in booking hotels in Cracow close to the conference venues. More details will be given in the next announcement.

The registration fee does not include the accommodation costs.
