Conference Fee

The conference fee is

• 300 PLN  (until September 30)
• 400 PLN  (October 1 – November 21) 

per participant (exchange rate: here). The fee must be paid into the following bank account

The invoice will be filled out in the same name and address stated on the bank transfer.

Accompanying persons do not pay the conference fee.

Accommodation

The standard charge for the accommodation is 700 PLN (double room) or 900 PLN (single room). Notice that this amount must be paid into another bank account – you will receive it on a preinvoice a couple of days after completing the registration form (the exact charge will be calculated according to your choices).

The standard charge includes

• full board accommodation for 2 nights
• conference banquet
• coffee breaks refreshments
• access to the saunas and the swimming pool at the conference venue

The cost of an additional night is 150 PLN (double room) or 250 PLN (single room). The invoice will be filled out in the same name and address stated on the bank transfer.
