They possess the skills and capabilities necessary to develop and implement the new advanced technologies and undertake management of modern industrial enterprises.

They are specialists highly praised also in foreign countries – the double diplomas system.

Staff maintains vivid relations with numerous research institutes as well as with the industry. A map of cooperation covers practically the whole territory of Poland.


EDUCATION – the Faculty offers full-time and extramural engineer and MA courses.


Disciplines and specializations.
Metallurgy :
  • stationary and non-stationary studies of first and second degree,
  • post-graduate studies: Foundry Processes Engineering (3 terms).
  • specialisations are available during second degree studies (MSc studies - 4 terms):
- Foundry engineering (foundry technologies, machines and equipment, mechanisation).

- Artistic and precision casting.
- Environmental protection in foundry industry.
- Virtualisation of foundry technologies


EDUCATION – PhD courses


PhD studies (third degree) in stationary and non-stationary study mode,
   - Metallurgy: the theory and technology of foundry processes (8 terms).

Virtualisation of technology - (macro-specialisation).
