Celem grantu jest określenie właściwości termodynamicznych układu potrójnego Hg-Te-Tl, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem związków międzymetalicznych, które mogą przejawiać właściwości półprzewodnikowe. W ramach zadań w 2001 roku przebadano wąski zakres stężeń układu Hg-Tl oraz zmodernizowano aparaturę pomiarową.
The aim of the grant is thermodynamics analysis of the ternary system Hg-Te-Tl with taking intermetallic compounds into special consideration as they can manifest semiconductor property. In 2001 year selected range of the binary system Hg-Tl was investigated.
