For each accepted paper at least one regular registration as presenting author is required, so you cannot register for more than one paper.

Even if you are a student, a regular registration as presenting author is required. Student-type registration is available if you are not the presenting author of an accepted paper. In the case of paper written by students only, the presenting author may apply for reduced fee i.e. 320 EUR until June 11. In such a case, please e-mail application and a certificate confirming your student status to siwik@agh.edu.pl or send a fax to +48 12 633 94 06.

The registration for any Workshop, Tutorial or the Conference Dinner is not binding. Your appearance is still optional.

Normal registration: until July 10, 2010.
Late registration: July 10 - August 15, 2010.
Registration as Presenting Author: until June 22, 2010

Regular: 500 Euro (2000 PLN)
Admittance to workshops, tutorials and all sessions

Lunch buffet, coffee breaks
reception, excursion, conference dinner

Student: 320 Euro (1280 PLN)
Includes all features of a regular registration except for paper proceedings (CD will be provided instead), excursion and conference dinner (banquet).

Social events:
Excursion Krakow Sightseeing: 15 Euro (60 PLN)
Banquet: 40 Euro (160 PLN)

The fees increase for late registrants to
Regular: 600 Euro (2400 PLN)
Student: 420 Euro (1680 PLN)

200 rooms of different standard hotels (students dormitory, 3*,4*) are reserved for PPSN participants for the period September 10th to 15th. Rooms can be booked using our conference registration tool after 21 May 2010r.

Bank Transfer
Use bank transfer as payment option only from countries within the Eurozone. Bank transfer is also the preferable payment form when you are from countries outside the Eurozone. Please make sure to use the reason for transfer exactly as given in your registration details.

In the case of cancellation, payment will be refunded after deduction of bank charges.

Credit Card
Payment by credit card is available only from countries outside the Eurozone. When you use the payment by credit card notice that we do not accept American Express Cards.

If payment has been made by credit card the refund will be made to the same card. If payment has been made by banker's transfer the refund will be made to your bank account.

Registration Fee
Until 10 June - payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee (45 EUR/ 180 PLN)
After 10 June - no refunds.

Hotel reservation
Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until 10 July 2010 and until this date payment will be refunded less bank charges.

After 10 July 2010 we will not be in the position to return your payment.
