Deductive Database Systems

At the beginning of twenty first century, there are no productive systems of this nature available. However, there are many experimental implementations like:

• CORAL [21],
• Glue-NAIL! [5],
• The Aditi Project [24],
• The LDL System [6].

Lack of popularity of such systems is usually caused by non-standard languages used as a communication method between the user and the database.
