The Kheops system has text oriented user interface. It's suitable for advanced users but not for beginners.
gKheops solves problems with navigating through Kheops's modes and allows to integrate editor with Kheops run-time environment. Still, user has to know sophisticated Kheops syntax.
The main goal is to create such an environment that allows rapid development of Kheops's rules using graphical user interface and cooperates with gKheops.
The name has been chosen to be Osiris. It corresponds to an ancient Egyptian God whom Cheops (Kheops) could have owned his strength.
Moreover the Osiris should be designed to be as universal as possible to meet requirements not only for Kheops, but for almost all rule based expert systems without any major modifications.
