Main goals

The goals for the graphical user interface for computer aided logical design are:

• graphical rules editor based on logic, it should allow creating, modifying and storing rule structures,
• the editor should use a new tree-table representation as a visualization method for logical strucures,
• rules checking subsystem, e.g. completeness checking, which provides a verification in the development stage,
• mouse driven graphical user interface, easy to understand and use,
• code generation for the Kheops,
• integration with the gKheops to run developed code,
• ability to expand or modify system easily (e.g. to add code generation for other expert systems).
