Registration
In order that the papers appear in the conference proceedings, authors must register by July 31. A non‐refundable conference registration is required for each accepted paper.

1. Conference registration fees include: entrance to conference sessions and keynotes, one copy of conference proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks, lunches, and social events.
2. Students (not presenting papers) registration fees include: entrance to conference sessions and keynotes, one copy of conference proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks, and lunches. Student card is required on site.
3. Workshops registration fees include: entrance to sessions of workshops, one copy of workshops material, coffee breaks, and lunch on September 21.
4. Industry day registration fees include: entrance to industry day sessions and discussions, one copy of industry day material, coffee breaks, and lunch on September 17.
5. Gala ticket includes guided tour in Wieliczka.
Cancelation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to wydrych+etfa2012reg@agh.edu.pl (or in writing to the address stated on the Contact page). Cancellations received until July 31: full refund less 50 EUR for administrative costs. No refund will be made for cancellations received after July 31. No partial or total refunds will be made for participants who fail to attend the event. No refund will be made for cancellations from authors at any time. In case of an emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another presenter.
Credit Card Payment
All credit card clearings are done through Centrum Rozliczeniowe Dotpay.
