RegistrationRegistration FormPlease use the following form for registration. It also allows one to book a room in the OLIMP Hostel. The form allows you to indicate if you are a vegetarian. If you have other dietary requests, the form will allow you to specify them later.
Conditions and FeesEarly registration deadline is July, 20th 2012. Late regsitration deadline is August, 20th 2012 (only on-site registration afterward). The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches.
There will be a workshop dinner, which has to be paid for separately (the same price for workshop attendees and accompanying people):
Hotel ReservationA number of rooms in a hotel of student standard have been reserved for the Conference participants for the period of 8 to 13 September 2012. The reservations are guaranteed until 20 July 2012 only.
