Mission and objectives
UNESCO Chair for Science, Technology and Engineering
Education at the AGH University of Science and Technology,
Krakow, Poland is the first Polish unit under the auspices
of UNESCO, inspiring and coordinating and supporting the
exchange and transfer of engineering knowledge and practice,
as well as university-level training in engineering sciences
at the international level, especially addressed to
developing countries.
The UNESCO AGH Chair objective is to promote and
inspiring, and coordinating an integrated system of
research, training and education at university level and the
information and documentation in the areas of science,
technology and engineering education. The UNESCO AGH Chair
fit into the priorities of UNESCO and AGH UST and is
addressed to partners around the world.
