Nernst-Planck-Poisson (NPP) Model

The most general from the models available for the description of ISE and liquid junction potential.

The Nernst-Planck equation relates the flux of ions to diffusion and migration processes and the Poisson equation describes the electric field occurring due to the movement of ions in the system. For details of the model and the presented software see:
